PRS Specialist Contact Information List

One responsibility of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education ("the Department") is to provide school districts, charter schools, approved private schools and members of the public with information on state and federal requirements for certain program areas in education. The Problem Resolution System Office is the unit within the Department that manages the system for receiving and resolving complaints that allege noncompliance with educational laws and regulations.
